All appointments must be booked by the client receiving the service. Unfortunately you were not allowed to book services for other people.
If appointments are booked on off days then there will be $100 service fee including the cost of service. Service fee must be paid 48 hours prior to appointment to avoid cancellation.
We have a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. If you were going to be more than 10 minutes late please give us a call. Please note that your appointment will be cancelled if arriving after this grace period and will be considered a no show. All the Deposits are nonrefundable.
We have a no child and extra guest policy. Due to state laws if children are brought to an appointment your appointment will be rescheduled. Our studio cannot accommodate extra guest.
We require a 50% (of the cost of service) non refundable deposit for all new clients. Services $50 or less require a 100% (the cost of service) deposit.
We require a Non-refundable deposit for Permanent cosmetic procedures. Once deposit is paid it is non refundable.
All deposit requests will be sent via PayPal. All deposits must be received within 48 hours of appointment request to avoid cancellation.
We require 24 hour notice for all cancellations, and a 48 hour notice for permanent cosmetic procedures. If your appointment is not cancelled within this timeframe it will be considered a no-show appointment.
No-show appointments will require a 100% (the cost of service) deposit for any future appointments. A no show fee of $75 will also be applied to the account. If I deposit was paid prior to a no-show appointment it is nonrefundable. If there are more than two no-shows on a client account in a calendar year, Shador has the right to refuse any future service.
Payments for next day appointments must be by the close of the business day or appointment will be cancelled.
